2️⃣ Mix drinks. Come up with a mixed drink with a special name that matches the theme of your event, and teach everyone how to make it! Playing the mixologist is always fun and delicious. 🍹🍸🧉
3️⃣ Play board games or video games together! There's so many fun interactive games, whether they're quick 5 minute ones or long in depth ones. Have a variety to see what your friends are feeling. 🎲🃏🀄🎱🎮
4️⃣ Do a movie night after dinner! Whether you are outside with a projector or cozy inside, it's always fun to watch a movie together. 📽️🎬🍿🎞️

1️⃣ Begin Early.
If you're planning a large event, you should realistically start 4-6months in advance. If it's a small event, then give yourself one month. When involving vendors, make sure to have everything confirmed and booked weeks in advance.
2️⃣ Be Flexible.
Not everything can be under your control, so it's better to accept this at the start and be ready if anything needs to be changed, whether it's the event time, location, or even the type of event.
3️⃣ Create a Budget.
You should have a budget in mind of what you're willing to spend on an event before reaching out to vendors. Again, it's okay to be flexible but it makes it easier to start with something and break down your spendings by priority based on what's more important for you, such as the following categories: food, venue, entertainment, decor, alcohol.
