Progress, progress

Just wanted to send out an update.
Finally got all of the permitting out of the way and we are in the process of our buildout. We will start the hiring process soon so stay tuned to a future post. We are also in the process of securing our second location in North Anchorage to accomidate all of our wonderful Eagle River customers.

And another year in the books. Kind of bittersweet for me for sure. I will greatly miss The Alaska Grazing Co. and have absolutely loved all of my customers and friends I have made along the way. The past couple of weeks I have had so many of you congratulate me on this new chapter and are so excited to follow me over to GRAZE CRAZE , so this is not goodbye...this is I will see you all later...until then... MERRY CHRISTMAS. Here is to 2024 being an amazingly wonderful year.

I know we are ALASKA TOUGH, but if there is any way you may not want to drive tomorrow, I will be able to make your box tonight for pickup if you let me know. I don't want to be stuck with product that I bought, for orders placed and not picked up. Be safe out there everyone.

EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR, I look forward to making our CHRISTMAS CHEER BOXES.🎄🎅. I literally spend days making the classics that I grew up on. Cranberry orange cookies, chocolate mint snowballs, Christmas crack, buckeyes, turtle pretzels, stained glass cookies, nut clusters, fluffernutters, chocolate walnut as well as eggnog fudge, white cranberry pistacho and chocolate peppermint bark and so much more. So much love is put into these boxes and it warms my heart when I have so many repeat customers year after year for these.

Make sure you place your orders early as we are filling up fast and this will be the last year as The Alaska Grazing Co. that we will do this before transferring over to GRAZE CRAZE.

Like last year, we will be offering 3 types of boxes so please specify when ordering.

* CHRISTMAS CHEER GOODIE BOXES🍬🍭🍪🎄 ( filled with all sorts of holiday sweets) 10x14 box-$85, Starting on December 14th until the 24th.

* ORIGINAL CHARCUTERIE BOXES🥖🧀🍇🍓- 10x14 box- $85 ( we are already booked full for Dec. 5th and 6th for this box)

*CHRISTMAS MORNING WITH SANTA BOXES🎄🎅- ONLY OFFERED FOR CHRISTMAS EVE for Christmas morning breakfast ( filled with breakfast items for Christmas morning. This has been a huge hit, as the family wakes up for a treat Santa left them and keeps you out of the kitchen to focus on whats really important) 10x14 box- $85

We will also be offering our "minis" which are individual servings for both our CHARCUTERIE as well as our CHRISTMAS CHEER goodie boxes. These boxes are $24 a box with a 5 box minimum order. These have been very popular for neighbor, coworker and friends gifts

Christmas orders for our original 10x14 charcuterie boxes are already filling up. Like last year, pick ups will be on Christmas eve and they MUST be picked up between 9am-12pm

To all of my friends, existing and new customers of The Alaska Grazing Co. I wanted to share some exciting news for you.

I will be the new Regional manager of Graze Craze Alaska. I have been very busy working behind the scenes to be opening new locations, with the first being in South Anchorage, and a second and third to be announced very soon.

This was not an easy decision for me as I started and grew The ALASKA GRAZING COMPANY, from the ground up, and starting it at a very hard time during covid. It has become my baby and a blessing for my family in more ways than people could comprehend and I have loved the relationships I have made during this venture. You have trusted me to be a part of some of the biggest memories in your lives. My two big concerns were how was this going to affect my family and my customers?

After doing many months of research, spending time at the corporate headquarters in Florida, GRAZE CRAZE is absolutely a company I feel proud to put my name behind.

We will be making in house spreads, dips and breads, using the freshest produce and delicious meats and cheeses that compliment each other. We will also be offering same day orders in a variety of sizes as well as free delivery.

With this being said... December will be my last month taking holiday orders as THE ALASKA GRAZING COMPANY. I really want to end my last month with a bang, so please, get those orders in.

I hope as we transition, all of you that have loved what I do, will follow me over to GRAZE CRAZE. I promise we will offer the same great product and attention to detail that I have put in to THE ALASKA GRAZING COMPANY. It is very important to put my name behind something I believe in and am proud of.

Well, another Halloween down and it's officially time to open our books for our THANKFUL boxes for the month of November and we are already getting requests.

This year I will be limiting my orders to only 25 boxes so that I can spend more time with family so message us to place your orders early.
