The hostess with the mostest glam MA and so very into the details. Carol knew exactly what she wanted and purchased all the details to make Thailer’s BLUEY 1st birthday a HIT. No distance could stop this planning and event. Flying in from Idaho with all the GOODIES in tow.

An adopt station for a BLUEY & BINGO plush party favor toys that came equipped with a personalize boxes, edible treats, drinks, and sweets. The event hosted hot dogs by Tia’s hot dog 🌭 food cart. So fitting with the theme!! Let me tell you, I didn’t have to think because Glam Ma purchased and thought about all the details. I found out that Carol is not only a National Geographic photographer but is also an all OUT type of mom when it comes to her kids’ birthday parties. I call that a DREAM TEAM 🤝 triple C hahah

The location & venue plays a major role in custom setups. Stay true with your means and we will find ways to transform the space to make it look elegant, spacious, and inviting. We give guidance on venues, food with what all fits in the budget but it is ultimately our clients’ say to make the final decision.

Once the venue is set, it’s smooth sailing from there. Pulling different inspiration that we either provide to our client or clients provides the esthetics and direction. Our client is known for their catering services and they did not skimp on any dishes. We were so fortunate that they thought of us and packed us some food before the event started 🙏🏼 always a blessing to work with amazing clients that turn to friends. •OH DEERE | JACK is TWO•

The day started off with rain but the sun came out just on time. Loved this JOHN DEERE theme. It’s very creative and true to The Johansen’s esthetics and lifestyle; very much free and a live with their outdoor adventures.

Jack was gifted a John Deere toy tractor and that spun the whole party planning. An outdoor birthday event at the South Sports park made for the perfect venue. The park play sets catered to Jack and his friends; and his grandparents also got to enjoy the slides with him. Loved seeing The Johansen’s make core memories with Jack. Both parents are very hands on and it’s admiring to see. June has 18 years of birthday themes planned out. Great job mama! Let’s see what year 3 will be.

What a quick and fast turn around for our client. Our second LUX Styling client. Mama gave us full creative freedom to style this event. Only guidance was to incorporate RED, GOLD, & FUN. The Captain Cook ballroom is already so elegant and sophisticated so we knew our table setup had to be classy and fun. I think we brought elegance in the room with the simple approach to each table. We incorporated 3 different styles of centerpieces and made sure the details are there but not too overwhelming.

The stage was set for a birthday queen. A wide spread of our woodworking and balloon work. It’s always a fun feature to add a shimmer wall and LED rope lights. We can’t wait to share more photos💫.

Four months in the making and we are obsessed with the turn out of Alicia’s on cloud ☁️ nine baby shower. Working with Alicia was a smooth process; from inquiry, sharing inspiration photos, detail discussions, venue visit, communication, and everything in between. We take our clients vision and create a standout piece that’s both memorable and meaningful.

Alicia is officially our first client opting for Dream Arch’s Lux styling services. We understand as this option might not be in everyone’s wheel house due to a limited budget, however, our Lux Styling service delivers high end detailing and customization. This focuses on areas such as: entry design, focal area styling, table settings, centerpieces, and more💫

We have been sun ☀️ kissed these couple weeks and we Alaskans are just loving every minute of this heat wave 🌊. A sweet and impactful setup for ZHEKAI. Assisting in the inside to display all the delicious treats and assembled food risers for the table.

White, black, gray, and shades of purple to give depth of an outdoor front porch setup. Adding the marquee lights in numbers 16 and an led happy birthday sign gave the balloons so much shine.

What a beautiful Ohana; family 🌴 we worked with our client to book the venue. Venues are the most important item to check off the party planning list. Once that is completed, everything just flows organically.

Covering the venue with black and gold balloons to commemorate the school colors and esthetics. Mama did not cut short on food and hosting SIX sushi boats, SIX food buffet entrees, and a spread of delicious desserts.

The best we can receive from anyone and everyone are referrals. We are truly grateful to say we have made friends with our clients. This event had two other clients we worked with. All having had different type of events for the different stages of their lives💫 thank you..

•GLAMPING S U R P R I S E Birthday•

The wind was not in our favor that day. It rained the day before and morning of setup. We had no plan B; so it had to work. The rain stopped but the wind was persistent. We pushed on with our setup; the tent kept getting blown away. We ended up not doing any balloons framing the yurt 🛖 due to high winds. But, it helped kept the setup inside under wraps and added more to the mystery. Overall, a small yet impactful setup. The tent itself isn’t small as it can fit 10 sleepers hahha. Creativity and spontaneity is the outcome of our clients surprise birthday. We had a spacious backyard to make some magic happen. With two weeks of planning we had to think of something quick and also rooted to what the birthday girl would never expect. A YURT 🛖 on the backyard. Completed with a fully decked out picnic style dining for ten guests and lastly covering the yurt with blankets and pillows to make it extra cozy.

•BLUEY STORE CAFE | KENLEY IS FOUR•

We were in luck with sunshine and clear skies for our very first outdoor install. ALASKA summers are meant to be enjoyed outdoors and this event did just that💫 With so many Bluey events popping up online and so many amazing inspirations to pull from; WE KNEW we wanted to steer differently this time. Rather than doing what everyone is doing, we created something NEW & FUN visually.

We spun the idea of a BLUEY STORE CAFE for Kenley’s 4TH Birthday. Mama, , is also into the DETAILS. Purchasing custom chip bags, DIY sunnies 🕶️, playdough and coloring sets, and custom party bags. We actually didn’t tell her what we had planned to create until day of install when the backdrops are placed. She told us we can be creative with it; SO WE DID💫

All the woodworking for Kenley’s party were NEW creations. We created an indoor feel with our trimmed out large 7x8’ panel, a 6’ 5layer squiggle treats panel, a mini bar to house of the birthday girls’ treats, a 6’ scallop treats wall with floating shelves. We are beyond proud of what we can do. SHOWCASING 25’ of luxurious styling and planning.. TRUST THE PROCES. We too have to trust the process. Not just ONE but TWO bouncy castles for this event. We used our picnic tables to seat 24 kids. Having a specific kids section makes it extra special; an area solely for them to gather, eat, play, make a mess, and enjoy.

All the setup took us 2.5hrs to create. With the sun shining, we appreciated all the sun and the tan we were getting. We hope you love our work and photos.

No detail was left out. Everything was thought about. Amazing job to our client & family. Beautiful ex*****on on embracing and staying true to her culture and bringing the ISLAND 🏝️ vibes to the venue.

We were given the tasks to create a focal entrance area involving LED signs, LED ropes, shimmer wall, and 2 wood backdrops. We work hard to deliver our client’s vision and it’s a REWARDING feeling when you get approval from the family of a “job well done” before showcasing our work to our client and to their guests.

We completed a 16’ wall with pipes&drapery. We enhanced this setup with varieties of island palm leaves 🍃 we set our installment with up lighting and this just completed the stage. The pipes and drapery were the perfect background to some stage dances and focal area of the dining space.
