This Winter Wonderland Ball features Chef Sal’s 👨🏻‍🍳 “An Evening of Elegance” menu 🍽 from Sals New York Grill and Catering. This menu includes a delicious main course of Chicken Cordon Bleu 🐓 stuffed with Gruyere cheese 🧀 and black forest ham 🐷. Savory Steak bites braised in a peppercorn sauce and grilled to perfection. Feast upon Sal's Eggplant rollatini (V)🍆 which is grilled eggplant that has been stuffed with tofu and ricotta 🧀 , topped with marinara and fresh basil🌿

Our main dishes for the evening will be served with grilled asparagus marinated in olive oil and garlic, Freshly baked rolls 🥖 , Halibut cakes prepared olympia style crusted with panko 🐟 and fried served with a tart lemon for freshness 🍋, Rosemary Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes 🥔 , and Mixed Field Green Salad 🥗 .

Finish of the night with something sweet featuring sals delicious cheesecake 🍰 , chocolate covered strawberries 🍓 , brownies, and macaroons.
