We love sharing Alaska with people from all over the world. The once in a lifetime outdoor adventures, culture, and community make traveling to Alaska uniquely memorable.
We are so honored and excited that we get to host international conferences, incentive retreats, and leadership retreats for our clients. It brings us great joy seeing someone experience Alaska for the first time!
Before... after... and what it takes to get there.
TEAMWORK!
We’re bringing back this crowd-favorite just in time for the holidays!
DIY Ice Lanterns:
Find two plastic or metal containers that differ in diameter by a couple of inches. You could even use a bucket, an empty soda bottle, or a can!
First, add your decor of choice and a few cups of water to the larger container. Then place the thinner container inside and tape it down so that it stays in place. Fill the sides with your favorite winter decor, add in the remaining water to fill to the top, and freeze overnight (or simply set it outside if you’re in Alaska!)
Once frozen, remove your ice lantern from the containers, place a candle inside of it, light, and enjoy all winter long!
Keep your eyes peeled for more information about INTRA Retreats coming in November!

What is it like to work with us?
Take the words of one of our clients:
“I have heard SO MANY compliments about the highly professional tech operations. Your expertise and the work of your colleagues made everything world-class. I received notes from people I never hear from. The family is so grateful and still floating from it all.
A million thank you’s; the tech pieces are complex, and they all worked... Only your crew could have managed that. Amazing.”

We’re excited to head into the new year, and we’re leaving a couple of things behind in 2023!
Let us know in the comments what’s IN for you in 2024
In:
• Bright, bold colors
• More personalized events: expect to see personally tailored event schedules, networking, and more!
• Immersive technologies. Say hi to AI, augmented reality, and virtual reality
• It’s all about the details: expect the small touches to be dialed in everywhere, from your serving dishes to the Photo Booth!
Out:
• Wasteful events with paper programs and throwaway items. We are all about sustainability!
• Treating networking as an afterthought. It’s too important to relegate to a lunch!
• Big open spaces without defined areas to promote meaningful conversation.
• Traditional catering is out in 2024. Guests want something unexpected and fun, like a s’mores dessert bar or an ice luge for cocktails!
