Hear ye, hear ye! Prepare for a grand adventure at the Homer Renaissance Fair—Ye Olde Harvest Festival, set to unfold on October 5th and 6th at Karen Hornaday Park! From Noon to 7 PM each day, be ready for a weekend brimming with enchantment and merriment.
October in Homer hath become a most delightful time, with weather as fair as a summer’s day, even as the frosts of winter doth approach. The fall season hath grown most pleasant and extended in recent years. So enchant us with your presence and let us together embark on a wondrous adventure!!
Step into the Sparkling Cove and discover the Mermaid Grotto, where ye can test thy wits with a chess set, let the little ones craft their own treasures, explore a myriad of vendors, and, of course, meet our mesmerizing Mermaid Queen!
Wander into the Neutral Zone and find thyself in the mysterious Night Alley, where magic and wonder await! Immerse in games and delights that will tickle the fancy of young and old alike.
Venture into the Mystic Forest to find the Fairy Ring, where our Fairy Queen presides over a realm of magical creatures, bubbles, and enchanting kid-friendly crafts. (Vendors and wondrous surprises await ye here too!)
Embark on a seafaring quest to Davy Jones’ Locker, where Black Beard’s Allies and deep-sea Vikings await. Meet the Pirate King and Queen, enjoy face painting and tattoos, and explore a treasure trove of vendors!
For a taste of chivalry, head to the Sword in the Stone area, where local farmers display their delectable delights, a photo booth awaits for memorable snapshots, and there’s a sparring ring and jousting to challenge the bravest knights!
And let us not forget the feast and festivities at the main stage, where music and events will captivate thee all day long. Savor a variety of delectable treats that will surely tantalize thy taste buds!
Beyond the festivities and the neutral zone lies the Tavern—for only bold who have the courage to enter the unknown!
