Capping off a very fun year of Skinny Raven Events and Timing events - thank you all for joining our 2024 Event Series! We had such a good time with you. Across the calendar year, over 9,000 participants helped raise over $23,000 for some exceptional community partners: Running Free Alaska, Healthy Futures, Special Olympics Alaska, Covenant House Alaska, and Food Bank of Alaska.

Tomorrow is the Skinny Raven Turkey Trot and Mini Turkey! Join us for the biggest running day in America! Get ready for a fast, and awesome day of running.

If you haven't heard in 2024 we will be at a new course from ChangePoint and The Dome in midtown Anchorage. Both the 5K and the Mini Turkey will start at 10:30 AM. The starting line will be open for 5 minutes after the start.

Given the recent weather there are bound to be icy conditions on course! Make sure to have good traction on your feet! Temperatures on event day are looking to be low, make sure to dress for the weather.

The in-person event for the 2024 Turkey Trot is sold out! 🏁 You can still donate or fundraise for the Food Bank of Alaska through the event or directly to the Food Bank. Community food need is at an all-time high!

Tomorrow is the Frightening 4K! Get ready for a SPOOKY fast course, with lots of Trick-R-Treating! Then after our event you can enjoy Trick-R-Treat street downtown as well.

It is looking like the weather is going to hold out for us. So we should have a dry course, and we can't wait to see everyone's Halloween costumes!!

We will be starting our costume contest at 10:30AM with winners being announced at 10:45AM.

The event will start at 11AM, and the start line will be open for 5 mins after the start. There will be two-way traffic out on course, so make sure to watch out for other runners.

Four kilometers of fun for the whole family - treat stations every kilometer, costume contests, and MORE treats! 🍬 Get your fill at the 4K, then head out and chase goodies all through downtown at ’s Trick-or-Treat Street! It kicks off right after the Frightening 4K.
