Looking for bands to play my bachelor auction- fundraiser

Looking for a Venue that won't charge me to rent it, for a fundraiser.
Needs to be big enough to have different things happening in different rooms, to appeal to the masses. Any ideas in Anderson, Indiana, only because of my car situation.
It is for my BFF
Laura Cooper, she lives in New York, yet might be visiting soon. Help me raise monies to help her. If you do not know the situation, and havent read about it, I will enlighten you, privately. I must be careful what I say. I would even be willing to see about blocking off meridian street, and have the entire fundraiser at multiple locations on Meridian street, with Dickman town center as the big stage.
Who must I clear it with to block off the street, to make it like a festival atmosphere? I/e the beer tasting, wine tasting or at Christmas? Anyone? Beuhler? I'd like to hear what the new owner of kettle top feels about this. Along with the Paramount,kroakerheads, creatures of habits, the eagles, byob, a-towne artists, and hole in the wall-my newest favorite place to be. For karaoke, open mic, HUNKS MALE REVIEW ON May 1st. $10.00 per person, get your tickets now, before sold out!
Still need bachelors, to auction off their abilities, whether it's electrical. Roofing, plumbing, windows, well fixing, or for the lady that has it all, and just wants company, auction off a date for the night. ( dinner and a movie) okay.....all ideas will be considered and keep it P.G.
