B4TID Wedding Expo is a outdoor wedding expo being held at Hampton -Preston Mansion and Gardens and Robert Mills Carriage House and Gardens. The streets will be closed off making this wedding expo one of the biggest expos around.

B4TID have so much fun planned for couples and guests. Our vendor booths will be designed so that couples can really envision there wedding day. There will be games throughout the day for couples to win all kinds of prizes and giveaways to help with their wedding needs.

B4TID will be live streaming this event to alone couples and guests who are unable to attend in person to be able to watch from where they are. B4TID will be allowing couples watching the live stream the opportunity to win some of their own prizes and giveaways. We are super excited that IHeartMedia will be hosting one of their local radio stations at the B4TID Wedding Expo and will be doing some of their own giveaways.

If, that's not enough fun... B4TID will be given away free VIP tickets to couples from May 24th to June 15th to 25 couples. B4TID will also be given away a staycation to 2 couples from June 23 rd until June 24th at the Hyatt with 2 VIP tickets to B4TID Wedding Expo and dinner for two. This Expo have been tailored made for today's couples.

We designed a unique set up so that you can show the couples what your wedding business is all about by being able to design your space just the way you want to in order to show off your brand.

We have a space on our website where you will be able to design it in the way that matches your brand so that the couples can get to know more about you even before they come to the expo.

We partnered with wedding show producers, event planners and advertising specialists to give our vendors every opportunity to walk away with more couples booking with you than any show that you have ever been apart of.

We will make sure that our couples visit every vendor(learn just how by becoming a vendor)

Lunches are included in your vendors packages. We do not leave our vendors to feed themselves. We will take care of you every step of the way.

Come Rain or Shine!
In the case of rain → bring cover for saving product from wetting in the rain
in the case of wind → device to have not been skipped your product

Event hours: 10:30AM-5PM

Preparation time: from 8AM to 10AM. (Allowed driving in until 10AM)

Cleaning up time: from 5PM to 7PM ( Allowed driving from 5PM)

Food Trucks (Mobile Food Establishment)
Truck space: 25-35 feet of street space.

Booth size: 1 booth 10 feet x10 feet (3 meters X3 meters)

Banner size (Maximum size:10ft×4ft)/Nobori(Maximum size:8ft)
Prohibited products: fake, imitation. alcohol and raw food

LIABILITY insurance: Must have

Promotion: decorate your booth to make it easy for customers to understand, using promo materials such as
photos, post cards and banners. Display prices where customers can clearly see and understand what your menu says and how much they cost.

B4TID Wedding Expo was built with vendors and couples in mind. Our team are wedding photographers, wedding planners, wedding expo producers and we have teamed up with some of the best marketing teams in America just to make sure that we could meet the wedding needs in a very forward thinking way.

B4TID Wedding Expo teamed up with wedding industry experts with over 30 years of experience combined and we asked many couples to see what they would like to see for themselves at a wedding expo. And, they answered and we listened.

As wedding vendors we asked the same of each other, what kind of wedding expo would you investment your time and money into and the answers was the same across the board.
