Hey, beautiful people!

I have no words to really describe the experiences I've had with my incredible brides over the past year except one... BLESSED! They have all been blessings to me and I have truly loved getting to know each of them, and felt so honored to be a part of something spectacular in their lives. Next year, I will be limiting the number of weddings I will be taking on, as my path has changed drastically over the past few months. I want to be able to give each of my brides a beyond incredible experience with me, including my best self. If things settle down on my end, I may be able to pick up more weddings in 2022. So if you are wondering... YES, I will still be coordinating! I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and to my brides... a wonderful FIRST holiday season as a MRS! Love you all!

I'm back! It's been quite a hectic few weeks for me, but I promise, I haven't disappeared! Today was a really beautiful day for a wedding and I got to spend some time with the Babayans and Grants! I am SO happy for them. One of the truly sweetest couples I've met and I can't wait to see where their marriage takes them!

I just wanted to share a little something I feel needs to be said-

I love weddings. They are such a beautiful way for two people to embark on an incredible journey with not only each other, but also to connect their families and friends together. Because I love helping people, I never want to be in the way, or become an obstacle, and only want to create comfort and happiness to those around me. I am someone who wants to ease the burdens of others and not add to them. That being said, I really have never wanted to charge too much for my services. I want to be helpful, but I would like to think I have experience, skill, and something even God-breathed to bring to the table. Weddings have been deemed important events in society, but also important to individuals. It is a milestone for many.

I want everyone to know, a coordinator is a necessity for their wedding day. It is just as important as any other vendor to have someone allow you to enjoy your day without dealing with every day annoyances, because it isn't just an every day event! It may seem like a waste of money. I get it. You don't fill your belly with what I have to offer. You don't get photos or videos from me by the end. All I can offer you, is peace of mind... Insurance of sorts, and the ability to be adorned in only the happy carefree moments of your wedding day.

Today's featured business is The Bleckley Inn! Wow! Honestly, I love doing weddings here. The experiences I have had directing weddings with The Bleckley has been nothing short of incredible. The wedding party has the luxury of staying on-site for the weekend, which to me is a major advantage to the marrying couple. The suites are so nice and inviting. Even if you are from the area, it offers a quiet getaway vibe. I am particularly partial to Downtown Anderson in general, but I just love the romantic atmosphere that The Bleckley's aesthetics provides to the location. There are several locations within the venue to have your ceremony and reception, from the Benson room, to the Carriage House, to the Station just down from the Inn. It is easy to access for other wedding vendors which I love. The photo ops are endless and so can be so beautifully executed. If you are looking for a versatile location that has the ability to fit all your needs, this place is definitely for you!

As the sole planner of SBWP, larger weddings can be slightly difficult to micro-manage every detail in the way that I like doing. This is that Post-Wedding day kind of tired. Waking up late, depending on someone else to feed you breakfast (aka Starbucks this time around), and no way am I getting out of my PJs or putting on a full face of makeup. My house is a 𝘸𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘬, but it'll have to wait for at least a few hours. Because post-wedding tired is something that just forces you take a rest.
