Saturday update!
I am sold out of wreaths and ornaments for the weekend. Sold before they were even made! So we won’t have anything on the stand as we hoped. Sorry. 😞

Happy Friday! ☀️❤️☀️
The germs have finally fled. All children went to school today. And I was finally able to get stuff done! 👏🏼 So here are the updates:

☃️ We are hoping to open the stand for roadside holiday shopping this weekend. Available wreaths and individual ornaments will be available. However, it's currently very cold and windy. My intention was to have wreaths done for this past weekend. My husband/harvest helper got sick and so we didn't get our evergreens cut on time. Okay, new plan. I start making wreaths over the weekend. Little one gets sick. 😫 So, do I make them for later this week? Is that too late? I don't know. What are you all thinking? Do you decorate ASAP or do you breathe a bit after Thanksgiving and then start?
As soon as I am done being Mama Nurse (Let's be honest though. I'll be next.) I will get back to wreath making. Even if I'm just making them for our own home. For now, I am happy we were able to get out and get our tree! Thank you Family Farm LLC & Scotts Christmas Trees !
As a reminder to myself, and everyone else, this season is stressful. But only as stressful as we let it be. I did have opportunities to get at the wreath making. But instead, we stayed later at Thanksgiving to play board games, we cut down our tree together as a family, we pulled out the decorations and watched the kids excitement over every little trinket they uncovered in the boxes. And now I'm able to be there for my boy when he needs his mommy. We are together. And that is the greatest gift. ❤️ Try not to stress getting it all done. And enjoy the things that actually count. (I'm still talking to myself here 😜)

Ornament making has begun! I’m not allowed to decorate for Christmas yet. But these don’t count, right? They’ll look gorgeous all year!

It's been feeling more like summer than fall. So it may be hard to look ahead to next summer when we haven't ended this one! But, even with the recent weather, I know many are thinking about Christmas shopping. (GASP!)

With that in mind I wanted to make sure I had our first ever Summer Bouquet Club/CSA available for holiday shopping! If there is a flower lover in your life, or if you're like me and get hit hard by that seasonal depression, having blooms to look forward to next year is a bright ray of joy shining into the trenches of winter.

We are starting with a limited amount of spots for 2025. Hopefully more in the years to come! Details are included on the "shop" page on our site. The shop feature is new so please reach out if you have any issues or questions!

Tulip planting began today! It was a beautiful day to be outside. ☀️
We got about 1,000 tulips planted today. 😳 Am I crazy? Maybe. But honestly I think it still won’t be enough because if there’s anything I’ve learned the last few years, it’s that y’all love your tulips! 🌷
Hopefully these beds have been reinforced enough that we’ll have LOTS of tulips in the spring! As opposed to this year when we had LOTS of eaten bulbs and not enough tulips to share with you. 💐

It happened. The frost has come for the blooms. It’s bittersweet. I love the beauty of the icy tipped petals early in the morning. But it’s sad to see them go. I need the time of rest. But I also fight off winter blues all season without the medicine of getting my hands in the dirt. Luckily, I have plenty of work to do still putting everything to sleep for the winter. Not time to rest quite yet. 😉
Also, we still have dried flower pumpkins available. And we’re working on wreaths, followed by ornaments and other holiday things! So even if the fields are done, we still have fun flower stuff for all the seasons! 😊

I’m still cranking out dried flower pumpkins. Last year everyone went crazy for white. This year everyone’s going for orange. So I got more orange ones coming!
