As we close out our FIRST FULL MONTH of being open, 12 parties were hosted at Graceful Gatherings!! What a blessing! We will be sending out an anonymous google form because we’d love feedback!

January - March mommas and those of Seniors, don’t delay booking! I know you’re still on holiday mindset, but let’s ✅ this box together!

Next, we’re working on our outdoor sign 🙃 still 😂😂 and trying to find a locking system that allows us to use an app - any leads??

Whew!!! What a blessing of a weekend! 4 parties held at the event space! From birthday parties to retirement parties! We’d love to see your photos!!

With this, big lessons were learned! Effective immediately, credit cards must be on file to book any future parties. This is for any incidentals and/or excessive cleaning - just like a hotel and air bnb! I hope you understand. As there’s really no reason we should have to clean up puke, shoe prints off the wall and more! 🙃

This space is designed to have multiple parties a day, and if we have to go in and deep clean between each, we won’t be able to maintain the 2 parties a day.

Thanks so much for understanding as we navigate this new adventure!!

We’re so happy to finally share our party space with you! The Open House went fantastic and we appreciate everyone who joined us!

We’re being asked if we have parties booked already, and the answer is yes!!! We’re accepting party bookings! Just in time for the holiday season and all those winter baby birthdays! View all open dates at the link on our profile OR send us a PM.

We’re also working with a photographer for Christmas minis! The scenes are so cute - check back later for a post!

A lot of blood (his), sweat (also his) and tears (pleading the 5th) have gone in to transforming this space to what it is at the moment!
Had you seen the before, you may have called me crazy!
However, it’s coming along so nicely! This week Graceful Gatherings will get its accent wall, paint and kitchenette area!

We know people are hesitant to book their parties without pictures, so I wanted to update you! I’m so happy to say we are on track for our Open House on Sunday 11/3! Look for more details next week. We look forward to seeing you! After all, the biggest compliment you can give is a referral.

Now that the walls are out, I wanted to share a layout for the space! I know it can be hard to see your party here without actually seeing it in person, please know we are working hard to have an open house end of October!

All the walls are out, electric and new lighting is being installed next week, paint is going up as well!
