At the end of December I was approached to take over another local party venue, after a lot of thought, I was willing to manage this for a few months to see if it’s something the community needs before taking over the lease.
I have received a lot of messages asking my capacity at Graceful Gatherings, and while I absolutely adore my space and what it provides, I am so happy to share, The Local Event Venue can seat up to 75. So we’re able to fit whatever need you have.
I hope you’ll give us a like, and share both spaces with your friends.
Graceful Gatherings is perfect for an intimate feel, seating up to 35 comfortably.
The Local Event Venue is perfect for higher scale parties, with chairs and tables for 75 - think micro weddings, larger shower capacities and more.

Super quick question for our followers!!

What is the fascination of drawing on our windows 😅😅

Cause it’s not the first time. But I didn’t know I’d have to address it.

Do you know we usually have back to back parties, and don’t get to deep clean in between. Which is why it’s imperative that you follow the cleaning guide.
… and let’s be honest. No one likes cleaning windows so I don’t want to add it to my deep cleaning list 😂😂

Maybe I need curtains?! hmmm

As we close out our FIRST FULL MONTH of being open, 12 parties were hosted at Graceful Gatherings!! What a blessing! We will be sending out an anonymous google form because we’d love feedback!

January - March mommas and those of Seniors, don’t delay booking! I know you’re still on holiday mindset, but let’s ✅ this box together!

Next, we’re working on our outdoor sign 🙃 still 😂😂 and trying to find a locking system that allows us to use an app - any leads??

Whew!!! What a blessing of a weekend! 4 parties held at the event space! From birthday parties to retirement parties! We’d love to see your photos!!

With this, big lessons were learned! Effective immediately, credit cards must be on file to book any future parties. This is for any incidentals and/or excessive cleaning - just like a hotel and air bnb! I hope you understand. As there’s really no reason we should have to clean up puke, shoe prints off the wall and more! 🙃

This space is designed to have multiple parties a day, and if we have to go in and deep clean between each, we won’t be able to maintain the 2 parties a day.

Thanks so much for understanding as we navigate this new adventure!!
