🌿 Happy Earth Day! 🌎

I believe in celebrating beauty—not just in events, but in the world around us.

These grasses and cattails were foraged on one of my walks, and they came together so effortlessly to create something wild and wonderful. It’s kind of amazing what the earth offers when we slow down and notice (something I need to remember to do more often).

This Earth Day, let’s celebrate the beauty all around us—and look for small ways to bring more sustainability into our everyday lives.

Exactly one year ago today—and I’m finally posting.

Mia’s Bat Mitzvah!
No big flashy designs for my girl… just a sweet, down-to-earth cactus theme with hand-painted backdrops, balloon installations, flowers, cacti, and lots of thoughtful details.

Decorating for your own kid? Definitely more stressful (and she was a tough client 😅), but also so rewarding and fun.

And most importantly—I couldn’t be prouder of Mia. 🌵💕

It’s My Birthday! 🎉🥳
What better day to share a little about myself? Some of you may already know these things, but for those who don’t—here are some fun facts about me!

🎂 I’ve been married for 32 years—beyond grateful for this life we’ve built together. ❤️
👩‍👧‍👦 I have three amazing kids—David, Aiva, and Mia. Being their mom is my absolute favorite job.
🎨 Art is in my soul! I have a degree in fine art, and I love creating in all forms.
💐 I’ve been running my business for over 20 years, and I’m so proud of what I’ve built.
✨ I’m obsessed with beautiful decor—everything should be pretty!
🌍 I love traditions! Maybe that’s why I adore decorating for cultural weddings, where the details tell the family’s story.
🇮🇱 I’m originally from Israel, and no matter how far I am and how long it’s been, it still feels like home.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 I’m one of four siblings—I have a brother and two sisters!
💛 Kindness is everything. Always!

Such a fun and creative theme for a tech-loving Bar Mitzvah boy! Who else loves a party that’s as unique as the guest of honor?

Since Drew is passionate about computers and coding, we went all in with circuit boards, binary codes, and digital-inspired details. From centerpieces wrapped in real circuit boards to signage designed like a computer interface, every element brought his passion to life. 🖥️🔧💡 Even the seating cards looked like they were straight out of a programming script! 🔢💚

A chuppah is more than just a structure—it’s the heart of the wedding ceremony, symbolizing the home the couple will build together.

Nothing is more meaningful to us than bringing the beauty of our designs to the traditions our couples cherish. This chuppah was extra special because the top covering was quilted by family members from both sides—woven with love, history, and connection.

We designed the florals with blue and yellow blooms to complement the quilt, making the entire chuppah feel like a true reflection of the couple’s story.

A Little Ypsi History....

The Ypsilanti Freight House is a true local gem. Originally built in 1878 to support Michigan Central Railroad’s freight traffic, it’s now an incredible community space—host to weddings, markets, arts events, and more. The historic charm of the Freight House, with its high ceilings, exposed wood beams, and brick walls, makes it the perfect blend of rustic and industrial.

Why bring this up?
We had the privilege of transforming this space for Caitlin and Patrick’s wedding! Our favorite touch (or one of)? Drapery that softened the structure’s bold lines, adding warmth and elegance to its industrial vibe.

It was a joy to bring a new layer of beauty to such a unique venue!

These arrangements were so much fun to create for the amazing organization Fair Food Network! Sure, it’s got roses, delphiniums, and snapdragons, but hiding among the blooms are some unexpected guests: beets, artichokes, kale, and brussel sprouts!
