It’s amazing how much beauty is hiding in the smallest details.

For these photographs, used a macro lens and a light box to study the lines, textures, and patterns found in feathers. Printed in black and white on cold press paper, the images have a softness that almost makes you want to reach out and touch them.

These pieces by are inspired by common American phrases that have become part of everyday conversation.

Some expressions get used so often that we hardly stop to think about them. Joseph brings them back into focus through these enamel-on-wood pieces, each measuring roughly 14 × 20 inches.

Inspiration can come from anywhere. For it was a pile of wooden blocks.

She was in a creative rut, kept circling back to the blocks her kids play with. Simple shapes, simple colors — turns out that was exactly what she needed.

The Bridge was the first piece to come out of it, and the start of a whole series.

It’s named for the red block her daughter always used as a bridge during play.

It’s hard to believe, but it’s almost time to say goodbye to this exhibition.

Join us Friday, July 31, from 5:30–7:30 PM for the closing reception celebrating the work of , and .

Come enjoy one final evening with the artwork, connect with the artists, and celebrate a great run.
