ladies, we see you and you are so very appreciated!

To the women of harvest! You're stressed, you're tired and your kitchen looks like a dumpster fire. You have made more trips to the grocery store this past week than you did all of last month combined. You're meal planning, meal prepping and finding creative ways to get meals to the field hot knowing it could be 30+ minutes before they stop to eat after you arrive. You might have littles in tow that are tired and cranky too. You are picking up all the slack at home and on the farm. I'm here to tell you that you might feel like you're failing but I assure you that you're doing an awesome job! Every single person on your crew, no matter the size appreciates you whether they say it or not. CHEERS TO THE WOMEN OF HARVEST!

Summer is nearly here and this recipe is quick and easy for those busy summer nights!

Summer Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 box Wind & Willow Cheesy Bacon Dip Mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo
4 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped
1/4 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine Dip Mix, sour cream and mayo. Stir chicken, bacon, and cheese into the sour cream mixture. Spoon onto small buns and secure with a decorative pick. Refrigerate until serving.
