North Wood Blooms Sponsored a team for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northwoods - Antigo/Langlade County Fairways for Futures Event and came out with a haul of prizes and goodies - but best dressed for our floral hats was probably the biggest win worthy of sharing on this page!

Thank you to my amazing friends for joining in and getting 2nd place in the women’s division as well as two hole prizes and best dressed. Worthy of a “toot your own horn” post on social media! If you ever need some randomly fun accessories to win yourself a silly prize an an event, give me a call! 😆

After running all of the numbers, we were able to donate $567 (all of the profits ) from the teacher appreciation campaign to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northwoods - Antigo/Langlade County - which is enough to sponsor lunch he’s for all of the kids for one week!

Thank you to all of sponsors and contributors to the campaign! We have received such positive feedback from the teachers!

Thank you to all of the families of the talented dancers and the volunteers at the Expressions Dance Studio Antigo Showcase this weekend!

I was thrilled to be able to share a keepsake wood flower with you as an option for your dancers.

With the long hours put in this weekend, I am taking off from answering messages and calls on Monday 6/10 - but will be open by appointment in the afternoon.

Thank you for understanding and thank you for your kind words and support this weekend! I was able to watch the last show and was in awe of your children, the dance choreography and talent as well as the respect and kindness of everyone in attendance. Thanks for making it a wonderful weekend!

A single stemmed ivory rose has also been added to the fundraiser for a low $5 to accommodate budgets without sacrificing beauty!

We will be on-site at the showcase for our wood flower bouquet bar and single stem sales to benefit the studio. Pre-ordering guarantees your florals are ready to pickup at the event and helps me manage inventory to serve you best!

I’m not the same person I was when I created this bouquet 6 days ago. Why? Because I made it right before heading out to the conference and retreat in . The mindset of the person who created this bouquet was pretty strong, but her vision is now clearer, more focused and motivated than ever 🙌 The conference and retreat is a really powerful place 🤍

I will be sharing all about my experience at the event, but will be making sure to serve my brides who are coming up in June and July as well as the orders on the website and restocks. You all know that I am ambitious, driven and passionate about what I do, but I’m excited to show you just how much NWB is capable of after learning even more than I anticipated this weekend.

I’ll be closed this week to attend the Wood Flower Florists Conference and Retreat!

It’s also my birthday on May 23, so I’m taking a long break from customer facing business operations to implement and catch up on the back end and organization for wedding season and summer home with kiddos. Thanks for understanding!

To the sponsors and message writers thus far, thank you! There is still time to help us get closer to raising as much as possible for the BGCNW! This was a huge undertaking and all profits will go to them. NWB will donate the profits from the flowers sold, even if we don’t break even in our investment. It might not be much but it will be something!

This goal is achievable! Just look at the numbers left for each location. Let’s make each staff member feel honored and appreciated this week. They deserve it. It’s a team effort to make a school function - and the amount of teamwork that needs to happen to ensure the day runs smoothly is admirable.

We had a fantastic time in Plymouth at Racer's Hall Sports Bar and Grill for the Kentucky Derby Hat Class! This group was comprised of an awesome group of ladies - half of whom were family that was so nice to see!

My mom was an awesome travel companion and the food, drinks and atmosphere was worth coming back even if I didn’t know the owners!
