Coming soon... Cooking with Grandma Mattie, where once a week I will be posting a video making one of my favorite lunch or dinner meals from home. Sorry, saving most of the catering menu for paying customers. 😁🤣 but I may throw in a gem here and there. For starters, one of the first editions of Cooking with Grandma Mattie will be authentic Creole Red Beans and Rice

It will be include everything you need to either follow along and cook with me, or to save the video for another time.
