I cannot paint any person who is ill or appears ill, has any rash, redness on skin, dirty faces or skin, or wounds. it is my (Tina) and my employee's discretion as to whether it is safe to paint guests with the above conditions. I will not paint small children who do not want to be painted or is crying or pulling away from me. I cannot paint any person who mistreats me, my employees, or other guests. My employees and I are fully vaccinated. I use FDA approved paints and cosmetically safe supplies. I make attempt to sterilize my supplies and tools, and show standard safety practices. REQUIREMENTS: I require CLOSE Parking space reserved for my vehicle (lets discuss), some assistance bringing in supplies on occasion, and Shade covering if my setup location is outdoors. I bring everything else needed. My station setup area should be approx 7x7ft. I also offer Custom Photo Op Frames as well as Paint Parties and more. SPECIAL NOTE: I am a person with disabilities, so I cannot book events requiring me to go up stair cases, more than 3 steps, extra steep inclines, or park more than 50 ft approx walking distance from parking to setup location. We can discuss this further as it depends on the venue. I appreciate your consideration. Exposing children to positive experiences with persons with disabilities teaches them to be accepting.

This is an example of a private COSTUME MAKEUP session, where I painted them AVATAR for Halloween, matching their family costumes. Great fun and they look FABULOUS, I think.
I also made the leather, feather and bead necklaces and hair pieces. I can make props and costume accessories as needed.

For my services, I offer a variety of PAYMENT OPTIONS to my clients, as well as for clients and their guests to pay a TIP or a FEE for a design for Public events where it is PAY PER FACE (PPF).

I accept electronic payments using ZELLE (preferred), VENMO, PAYPAL, and cash, no private checks, but a Business Check is acceptable upon my prior approval. I also have the ability to receive payments using CASH APP, GOOGLE PAY, and SQUARE if needed.

If I am hired for a private party where my CLIENT / HOST has paid for my services, I may post the following QR CODE signage for anyone to TIP if they choose to; it also has QR CODE links to my website and social media accounts if guest want to look me up.
When hired for Public events, I may also post it for TIPS and for patrons to pay a small FEE for a design, if it is a PPF event.

Additionally, I may post the sign below that shows the pricing breakdown, which may be different based on type of design, and pricing can vary per event.

In addition to public or larger events, I also offer PRIVATE PARTIES the most; such as Birthdays, Family Reunions, Anniversary or Wedding Receptions, Showers, Holiday Parties... and many more.

For the Private Parties with a maximum of 20-25 guests to receive a Face Paint, Glitter & Ink Tattoo, Henna / Jagua Gel tattoo, or Dazzle Me Glamourous elevated designs, they can wait their turn in a traditional line. However, for private parties, I like to offer a TURN option where guests do NOT need to stand in line, they can participate in activities, jumper houses, eat, socialize, or going to the restroom without worrying about losing their turn. They are welcome to hang around me and watch too, but no line is necessary. I simply put a washable # on the back of the guest's hand for a # cue. I will call the turn a couple times, if no one responds, then I will go onto the next number. But that's okay, if the guest returns later, they get to squeeze in their turn after I am done with the guest in my chair, which is only fair. I keep track of the numbers. I may also have a visual dry erase board that posts the NEXT TURN for parties that have loud music or a DJ, and cannot hear me call their number. The visual # sign also allows guests and parents to know what turn I am on currently. This system has worked very well and parents/hosts have like it. It doesnt work in every circumstance such as when I am setup far away from main party area out of earshot, or if there is too much noise for guest to hear, but it does work for most. It gives the guests some freedom to enjoy your event. Below is my sign that lets guests and parents know to ask for a TURN.

Also, if you are having a private party in a public place/venue like a community park, I also offer blue color Tyvek wrist bands for your guests only. I give you the exact # of wrist bands for the number I agree to paint for my scheduled time. You hand out the bands to your guests as they arrive, as you know who they are and I would not. Then when a child comes to me, if they don't have a wrist band with my stamp, then I know they are not a guest... or I refer those who say they are to you for a wrist band. This prevents kids at the park/venue from getting a design. I will only have enough time to paint your guests.

Most of my services such as Face Painting, Glitter & Ink Tattoos, Henna & Jagua Gel Tattoos, start at $215 local in Antioch, to $225-$250 for elsewhere. That fee is for my minimum of 2 hours to paint/tattoo 20 people, in some cases 25 if simpler designs. For more people and/or more time, it is $75-$100 for each additional hour. There is a $50 Booking Fee that has to be paid electronically with 24 hours to hold your date/time. Additionally, each client is required to agree to my emailed Confirmation, which has terms and conditions and serves as my contract. So, you must have an email to book my services. I have a variety of payment options as well and can provide an invoice or a W9 for corporate/company events.

For my other services, such as making Photo Opportunity boards and posters, or my PAINT PARTIES, there is a separate pricing structure. Please see my website for latest pricing.

Be aware that there are a few rules and the following addresses that and is posted at events. Note that I don't paint kids under 3 years old, even a Birthday child. Their immune system is still developing and could be a higher risk that they would react to the ingredients on the paints and products, I do not want to risk that. Also, I know some parents want to have that great picture of their child's first face painting, but more often than not, the little ones squirm and often cry. I cannot paint anyone at any age that does not want to be painted.

This is my new Henna Hand Art menu. Henna is derived from the leaves of the henna plant, Lawsonia inermis. The powdered form is typically made into a paste and applied to the skin as a form of body art, also known as MEHNDI and originated in Asia, but has gained popularity all over the world. I offer Henna Hand Art. It is waterproof and can last a week or two, but is ultimately temporary, it will fade as your skin exfoliates. How fast it fades depends on each person's skin and the aftercare given to the henna design. Traditional Henna designs are beautiful, intricate and detailed, and can be a long process when serviced for a wedding, for example. However, I do not offer that style of intricate traditional henna, instead my design menu was created in mind with providing simpler, fun designs for all ages, both male and female interest (see my example menu below, offering 30 designs).

Each of my henna designs are applied on the hand with the henna paste and then allowed to dry for 30-45+ minutes. It isnt recommended for kids under 12, as it requires a maturity and patience to hold still as it dries, or it may smear or stain guests clothes or the furniture and flooring at your event. Glitter Tattoos and Face Painting is a great alternative option for guests that are younger. However, I can also offer these designs for the younger kids using a Tattoo Pen. It is temporary and and also good for any age at your event, that doesn't want the long term staining. I can still create the same designs from my menu below (throwing in a bit of glitter cream to dazzle it up), so the kids don't feel like they are missing out. We can discuss this further.

This is my NEW Glitter Tattoo Menu. Glitter tattoos are applied to the hand, arm or shoulder using a sticker stencil and skin glue. Then the loose glitter is applied to the glue and the sticker is removed to reveal an amazing crisp design! They are waterproof and great for hot days or swimming parties. They are also a great for appealing to teenagers and adults. Who doesn't like glitter?!

Well, if someone doesn't want glitter, no problem. I also use the same sticker stencil tattoo designs using temporary ink. There are 2 options, one is for kids and uses a special skin paint that is very temporary, but lasts about a week, much like the glitter tattoos, and can be used on all ages.
The other option uses Jagua Gel, a natural herbal gel that uses the a sticker stencil design and stains the skin. The sticker is removed in 30-45 minutes to reveal the crisp design. It will last a bit longer 2-3 weeks like henna, depending on the persons skin and aftercare treatment. It is only recommended for teens (over 12) and adults only because the time it takes to be still and let it dry. The Jagua Gel is safe, 100% natural, and made from the Jagua fruit. It comes in black and many color options, it is not "black henna". Black henna on the market can contain chemicals that are unsafe for the skin, so I do not use that. However, the Jagua Gel is a great, safe alternative.

Face Painting can be for any occasion! ...Especially if there are children to be entertained. But I also offer face & body painting in a style for teens and adults! In addition to regular face paint designs, I am in the process of creating a new service with teens and adults in mind, called DAZZLE ME GLAMOUROUS! I often will match the colors or patterns of the outfit of guests, to accentuate the design. It combines face painting with festival glitter, gems, charm accessories like bling jewelry and fairy-like wings, flowers, and more. The gems and charms are applied with a skin glue or medical tape. I am working on a separate menu for grownups. I also offer Glitter Tattoos and Henna Hand Art, which teens and adults love as well. Holiday themes available as well. Here is my NEW Halloween Menu. I will be using it at several events this week. This style of menu I call a visual face menu. The variety of faces allows you to see exactly how the design is applied to the face. This one is a simplified design menu, so the designs aren't full face, just one eye, so that I can paint a bit faster, especially when the lines are long. Some designs can be painted on the arm, hand or shoulder, while others are meant to be painted on the face or around the eye.

What I love about this new type of visual menu, is all the little faces! I plan to recreate all my menus using these faces, regular and holiday designs. The process is a bit time consuming, but worth it. There are a variety of faces that represent many nationalities, so many kids can see themselves in them. There are more face types available that I have not purchased yet but plan to. I hope you like the menu!
