There is a $50 booking fee required up front to hold date and is non-refundable. Full Balance always due no later than end of my scheduled time at event. I have a lot of design options... quick designs or my usual detailed. Also UV light Neon paints/powders available for Black Light parties. I don't offer ballooning twisting at the moment, but plan to in future. NOTE: I do events for children and adults!! I cannot paint any person who is ill or appears ill, has any rash, redness on skin, dirty faces or skin, or wounds. it is my (Tina) and my employee's discretion as to whether it is safe to paint guests with the above conditions. I will not paint small children who do not want to be painted or is crying or pulling away from me. I cannot paint any person who mistreats me, my employees, or other guests. My employees and I are fully vaccinated. I use FDA approved paints and cosmetically safe supplies. I make attempt to sterilize my supplies and tools, and show standard safety practices. REQUIREMENTS: I require CLOSE Parking space reserved for my vehicle (lets discuss), some assistance bringing in supplies on occasion, and Shade covering if my setup location is outdoors. I bring everything else needed. My station setup area should be approx 7x7ft. I also offer Custom Photo Op Frames as well as Paint Parties and more. SPECIAL NOTE: I am a person with disabilities, so I cannot book events requiring me to go up stair cases, more than 3 steps, extra steep inclines, or park more than 50 ft approx walking distance from parking to setup location.
