Update on the future of Amazing Grazing:

Hello, Friends! It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing the last day for charcuterie orders at our Apex shop will be Thursday 5/23. After that, we are taking some time this summer to reassess, make future plans and look for a new kitchen space.

We will be having an indoor yard sale on Saturday, May 18, from 10am-2pm to clear our shelves and stockroom. If you have any interest in charcuterie supplies, please stop by!

It was a beautiful day for a wedding at Daniel's Ridge yesterday! Beautiful venue! Amazing Grazing had the honor of creating a grazing table for the newlywed’s cocktail hour.

How to pair cheese with—yes—Girl Scout Cookies!!!🧀🍪

Cheese + Girl Scouts Cookie Pairings. These didn’t disappoint! Tested and proven delicious by yours truly 🍪🧀🥰
Shortbread - Capriole Goat Cheese Tea Rose Chèvre. Shortbread cookies are actually one of my favorite things to pair cheese with, so this one was an easy choice. Shortbread has a higher butter content - making cheese pairings a match made in heaven. The tea rose really brought out the sweetness of the cookie, but also gave it a nice creamy finish. I am sure a regular chevre would work just as well too.
Caramel deLites - Blue Cheese. This is my favorite cookie. Being a bit on the crunchy side, I wanted to use a creamy cheese. A good blue cheese really brought out the flavors - although a stronger cheese, it complimented the salty sweet cookie perfectly and neither flavor was overpowered.
Peanut Butter Sandwich - Cheddar Cheese. Peanut Butter & Cheddar is a timeless combination, I was not surprised how good this bite was. Remember those Keebler Cheddar Crackers with Peanut Butter filling we ate as kids? See? Timeless 😉
Thin Mints - Feta - Feta & Mint are an everlasting combination. Fresh & not overpowering this bite almost melts in your mouth.
Lemonades - Gouda. This was the first time having this cookie and wow - super good! I am normally not a huge Lemon fan, but these were fantastic. I wanted to find a nutty cheese to tone down the sour/sweet flavors of a lemon and the Gouda was a match made in heaven. I wanna say it was probably one of my favorite bites.
