Can't wait to see the finished results! We know the students, faculty, alumni, and benefactors are going to have an AMAZING TIME TOMORROW!!!

We@ Event Help Direct spent this week being inspired at the 2024 Tales of the Cocktail conference so that we can continue to learn from and network with the spirits industry's experts and trend setters. We were the only mobile bar service from our region in attendance.

We are at it again today! Our client's home is a beautiful setting for a top notch baptism celebration.

We provided all aspects of event planning and rental coordination including:
Tents, tables, chairs, dance floor, linen, dishes, chafing dishes, upscale portable toilets, inflatables by Barnyard Bouncers , balloon arches by Chic Girls Co. & DJ. Joshua Sobel

We supplied staffing for set-up, passed hors devours, buffet service, clean-up, chef w/grilling & carving station.

For bar service we provided a bartender, champaign service, signature cocktail, open bar, beverage package and our portable LED bar.

We loved celebrating this special occasion with our clients and look forward to doing it again!

Wedding #2 last night at the NC aquarium! Our bride and groom hired us to provide 2 staff members to serve 50 guests. We supplied them with all set up of pastry service, hydration station, cake cutting, trash policing and clean up. It was a privilege to help this couple and family make a lifetime of memories.
