Whewwww what a day! It started off great, then got really hot, then downpour and our tent snapped and got blown away and broke…then the sun came out and got really hot again and THEN we got slammed til we closed!(that was a mouthful)
So many regulars came out today and then so many new people! Thank you to everyone especially the Firehouse Cultural Center, Ruskin, FL and the great folks with Remedy Tree Band!
We debuted our two new menu items today- the Roots Beef Melt and the Carolina Cuban! Both were ON point!
Thank you everyone! Now time for shower and bed!!!

We learned that the awesome people at Ridley Apartments LOVE ribs and they don’t mind the rain!
