Meet Izzie, the owner of Smile With Signs ☺️. She's 14 years old and a freshman at Appleton North High School. She's on the swim team 🏊‍♀️, plays percussion and piano 🎼, and loves curling up with a good book 🤓. She started her business when she was 12 because she was too young at the time to be hired elsewhere.

She's now into her 2nd year of her business and oh, how it's grown! With the help of Northwoods Custom, she's made sign stands, which allow for sign placement on any terrain or indoors. She has a logo, thanks to help from designer Nikki Goral. She's a member of the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce and has collaboratively worked with several business owners in town - Twigs & Vines Floral, Copper Rock Coffee North, & Whisk & Arrow. She always takes time out to donate sign services, including to Classical School Appleton, Xavier High School, Appleton, WI, Harbor House Domestic & Sexual Violence Center, and ThedaCare.

In the last year, she's transitioned to setting up signs by herself, with a hired driver, and she's even done her taxes 😝! Her FB page is currently at 295 followers. Can you share and like this post to help bump her over 300 and help her get closer to her 2024 goal of 500? ☺️

Mega shout out to this amazing lady who didn't just run a marathon today despite the weather cancellation, but ran her 100th Marathon today!!!!!! 🏃‍♀️ 🏆 💯
