I have availabilities this weekend and next week going forward if anyone would like to use my services. Party service, graduation parties, small weddings, once or twice a week meals. Meals made to eat and or freeze. Main course to desserts - appetizers to soups. I can cook for any need from the young to the elderly. I can do grand openings, weddings, baby showers, graduation parties, birthday parties, Anniversaries, just ask and I'll let you know
I have no main menus. I ask you questions -- your likes, allergies, and make we make up your plan.

Good morning All! Question? Has anyone ever made Chicken Lo Mein from scratch? Some of you may know that my daughter Danielle Reinholtz is in the Surrogacy program and pregnant with a little girl and due the end of this month. I have been making meals for her and her family throughout their journey. I asked her if she'd like me to make her Chicken Lo Mein on Friday and she does. However, researching the recipe I've found a few different sauces and veggies to add. The veggies are no big deal, but the sauce is. I want it to be flavorful for her and she doesn't do really spicy. (Scale of 1-10 - I'd give her a 3) I'd love any input or how you've made this recipe.

Bbq pork sandwiches and asparagus and pea risotto! (I added chicken and mushrooms)
Risotto is so good and fun to make. There are so many variations one can make. Switch the veggies up? Add a protein? Add multiple veggies.

Tonight’s supper. Spinach mushroom risotto, Seared scallops in a Cajun mustard sauce, salmon, I used the cream sauce on the salmon, asparagus, and pasta with a slice of garlic bread. It was so good. The creamy mustard sauce is a new find. I wanted to try it on the other food. So that’s why there’s a pasta and risotto.

Today was a chicken bacon ranch pasta salad kinda day. Used chicken,bacon green onions, tomatoes and some leftover ham steak. Used ranch seasoning sour cream a little Mayo with some milk to thin. Pasta is Orecchiette. Will let it marinate for now

Sauté the onions and mushrooms, somewhat shred chicken (not fine) added the chicken, some of the broth mixture and simmering for at least 30 mins. Will add cheese and simmer some more. Cook the pasta next and ready to serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired

Today I am working on and finishing spicy garlic chicken served over bow tie pasta. Chicken thighs bone in and chicken breasts cooking with my garden herbs, chicken stock, and spicy garlic chili sauce. I’ll sauté mushrooms and onions then add chicken (once I remove the bones) and some of the broth mixture and simmer. Watch for then result!
