am very eclectic in my spirituality. I have studies and spent time with Dineh
(Navajo) ,Lakota and gone to sweat lodges, I have studied Mindfulness and Buddhism. I meditate in the tradition of SRF,and the teachings of Yogananda. I believe in the Golden Rule, We treat others the way we would like to be treated.I believe there is wisdom in all religions. I was a on call chaplain at Sparrow hospital in Lansing Michigan for 5 years and I found it very rewarding. I think it is important to listen intently and be a witness to other's joys and sorrows. I live just ten minutes from Asheville North Carolina in Arden.
