From our family to yours wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving!

We have had some requests for our Pumpkin Crunch Cake recipe...
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (15 oz) can solid pack pumpkin
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Whipped topping

Melt butter. In a separate bowl mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Pour pumpkin mix into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture, sprinkle nuts and drizzle with butter. Baked for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350 or until golden brown. Top with cool whip before serving.
