I have these moments where I just sit and think .i know for a fact that if it wasn’t for HIM I would’ve given up & been moved to Georgia. My granny would be my focus and there wouldn’t be YOUR CHEF DRE or DREEATS MEAL PREP.

This month been challenging by all means for me mentally & my business. My biggest downfall is discipline. Staying disciplined has been a struggle if it’s with God, Work, Fitness and Nutrition.

I swear it’s moment where I don’t be knowing cause of the overwhelming amount of pressure on me! This entrepreneur ain’t for the weak I promise you but KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DOING, you gotta keep it moving cause you are destined to be GREAT.

Mannn 😮‍💨 just want to thank everyone for being so patient with me this past weekend. All credits are being given and refunds sent out. Definitely came back with alot more meals to make.

Not to flex but just a proud moment. I was going from 100-110 a week to being at 180-200 weekly. Here’s some pictures of what I could get from the new menu:

- Lemon Garlic Chicken Orzo ( customers favorite)
- Buffalo Chicken Mac
- Cheesy Bolognese Loaded Potatoes
- Chicken Birria Ramen

Exciting news! Not only do I have a new menu for you but I’m also collaborating with . Attached she has provided a menu for you all to order off of. EVERY THURSDAY you can put your order in for organic-cold pressed juices and meals as well.
Simplest way to get your juice order in is by texting the number (469)-608-0915. Orders must be placed through her before 7pm to get your juices included in your bags with the meal preps.

Some info about these juices you should know:
As cold-pressed juices are known to reduce inflammation in the body, eliminates toxins, decrease fatigue, promotes clear skin, helps with women health issues such as heavy cramps, acne breakouts, and improves energy levels, juicing is essential to maintain your overall health.

That Blueberry French Toast Casserole is definitely my favorite breakfast item on the new menu and the Lemon Pepper Buffalo wings are my favorite lunch item.

I still have that special going on for 20 meals w/ delivery for $300 a month. You can mix and match from any of my menus and change your order each week.

I have exciting news to share! I have the honor of serving as a Signature Chef for the March of Dimes Annual Signature Chefs Feeding Motherhood of Dallas. The 2024 Dallas Signature Chefs Auction will be on October 10, at 6:00 p.m. at On the Levee. I’ll be there with other local chefs to share exclusive dishes, gourmet tastings, and overall great food as March of Dimes raises critical funds for families who need our support. This year’s Ambassador Family, The Marr Family—Mom and Dad, Jenny and Chris, and spontaneous identical quadruplet boys, Hudson, Henry, Hardy, and Harrison, will also be joining us to share their story. Born March 15, 2020 they are the 74th documented case ever in the world! I believe in March of Dimes and their work to fight for the health of all moms and babies. I hope you’ll consider joining me for a night of culinary excellence for an excellent cause: supporting moms and babies!
