For 20+ years I've been honing my craft as a club-style DJ. Every weekend has been a chance to live out the dream of a kid who was obsessed with music and sound. Weddings and private events have been the backbone of my business, but most weekdays are still wide open.
Last night I hosted karaoke at Killington, and it reminded me just how much fun it is to bring people together outside the traditional wedding scene.
The biggest obstacle has always been the cost. Typically, one person or one family has to foot the entire bill for a DJ. This summer, I'm changing that.

Instead of one person paying for everything, the cost is shared among everyone attending—making a professional DJ affordable for neighborhood gatherings, cookouts, pool parties, house parties, karaoke nights (yes, we do that too!), and just about anywhere people want to have a great time.
**Here's how it works:**
1. You pick the date and location.
2. I provide a quote.
3. I create a GoFundMe that you share with everyone attending.
4. If the fundraising goal is reached by the deadline... it's party time! 🎶
If the goal isn't met by the deadline, **everyone is refunded immediately.** All contributions remain with GoFundMe until the campaign successfully reaches its goal.
It's a simple way for an entire community of friends, family, or neighbors to chip in and make an awesome event happen—without one person carrying the whole expense.
