Alder BBQ has you covered for your Holiday Prime Rib. Order a fully smoked roast and pick it up on Christmas Eve!

Whole Smoked Prime Rib - 15-18/lb avg. = $25/lb
Half Smoked Prime Rib - 7-9/lb avg. = $30/lb
Quarter Smoked Prime Rib - 3-6/lb avg. = $32/lb

Roasts will be freshly smoked over Christmas Eve morning, fully rested and ready for pickup by 1pm.

Hand trimmed, seasoned with course kosher salt and cracked black pepper and slathered with garlic butter and italian seasoning.

Our special today is our Kitchen Sink Chili. It's got pulled pork, rib meat, smoked chicken and ground beef topped with smoked cheddar, sour cream and green onions. Get a cup, bowl or have it on one of our smoked German Sausages!
