This past Saturday, we had some fantastic moments at St. Mary's, spreading joy and holiday cheer on the antepartum floor and in the NICU!

🎁 All antepartum patients and NICU parents received a care package and cozy winter blanket.
🧺 Antepartum, NICU, L + D, and Well Baby nurses received a big basket of snacks and beverages.
🛋️ The NICU lounge was decorated and fully stocked with snacks, quick meals, drinks, and sticker activity sheets.

And, last but certainly not least-- 🎅 Santa spent three hours with us visiting families and spreading Christmas magic everywhere he went!

Together, we created a comforting pause in the grief and stress of hospitalization during the holidays and filled that space with kindness, fellowship, and hope.

This is our SEVENTH Christmas event with St. Mary's. We are so thankful for our volunteer team, community partners, and individual donors' ongoing support.

We are putting the finishing touches on a few photos from Santa's visit--check back later today for a sweet surprise! 🎅 💜

Update on Santa’s cruiser! Bryan Clouser and the real McCoy body worx crew are doing an amazing job on her. When she is completed she will be available for rent for your events or photography sessions.

Good evening friends and family. This old Santa has been lucky enough to be the Santa for an amazing non profit!! Your wish granted ran by a big hearted elf Kathryn Jewell! Her and her Alf crew adopt entire underprivileged schools. This years school has 415 students. Wow that’s a lot of children. Elf Kathryn is asking for help in the form of toys $30 dollar value please. These will probably be these kids big gift this year. Also needing new 20” bicycles. If you can help please let me know

Hey everyone was sitting here thinking of posting something and thought you might be interested in how Santa’s reindeer got their names (original eight) Well the real story is they sounded good in song! Here are the meaning of each one’s name:
1) Dasher, named for his agility and speed
2)Dancer, named for her elegance and grace
3)Prancer, named for his lively and spirited demeanor
4)Vixen, named for her cunning and playfulness
5)Comet, named because he is fast like Dasher but lacks his agility like a comet flies very fast in a straight line.
6)Cupid, well he’s named that because he’s a hopeless romantic with the ladies.
7) Donner, originally named Donder it’s German for thunder! Named for his power!!
8 ) Blitzen, originally named Blitsum German for lightning! Named for his never ending energy!!!
There you have it. Now you know the reason for each reindeer’s name. Now everyone’s favorite!!
9) Rudolph was born in 1939 just in time for the great blizzard. And was known for his red nose!!!
