We were honored to be invited to Montauk State Park this weekend to cook for our friends Hooked on Vets!! The weather was beautiful and the company was amazing! They opted for Pulled pork, smoked Mac n cheese, Green beans, Pitmaster beans and smoked sausage! Let us know what we can do for you!!

We are working on some recipes for one of a kind desserts! The first test was done this morning and the results are in! Smoked banana pudding with golden Oreos on top! It will be available for all future parties and orders!!

Our biggest catering job yet and man was it a good one! Catered a wedding rehearsal this evening! And they picked all our favorite recipes for the night! Pulled pork, shredded chicken, smoked party potato, queso and our world famous smoked bacon Mac n cheese!

Been working hard on a line of rubs lately! Today I cooked Chuck roast, turkey breast and pork butt, seasoned them all with my own line of rubs. The results were amazing! Let us know if we can cook for back to school nights, end of summer parties, retirement, graduation or even just a Tuesday night!
