Thank you Pasadena Signs we finally got to check out our sign. No longer confusing people if it’s a house anymore! Would have gotten up here sooner but have been battling viral laryngitis.

After the holidays we will get back on crossing off items for the health department to get open. We can’t wait to serve you some deliciousness!!

We passed our building final and have occupancy now. Have to get a few more things done for the health department. If all goes well we can have a passed health inspection and be ready to serve you all some deliciousness.

A few small fixes and we should be able to open very soon. Have to add tension to our front and bathroom doors. Caulk around the baseboards where there is a gap and fix our 3 compartment sink twist drains.

Final building inspection is today! Our health inspection is tomorrow morning. Unfortunately they only have two opening inspectors for the entire county. We are ready to serve you some deliciousness.

County Executive Steuart Pittman why did you deny the health department another opening inspector. Maryland ranks second to last in jobs growth for the entire United States of America. Our business could help increase the .2 jobs growth for the state.

Took a few tries to design our menu for Cafe Deliciousness. We still need to finish pricing some items. This is what we will be selling for breakfast and lunch. Next up making some food and taking photos!

Horn strobe working! Fire marshal test scheduled!

Hopefully we can be open in time to sell some delicious smoked prime rib Christmas or New Year family meals / dinner platters. Who wants to cook with a house full of guests?!

We are getting back on track to open soon. We had to fire our electrician yesterday. I’ve asked since August for a horn strobe alarm to be installed. This has been the last thing we need done to move to the health department.

We have a new company coming out today to finish the other company’s incorrect wiring for my hood. Maybe we’ll be open before Christmas. We can call it a Christmas miracle.

I apologize this has taken so long. Unfortunately sometimes the bigger companies forget about the smaller jobs. Our is carry out was put to the side because they got busy and had other commitments. I never thought they would be unable to finish.

We have been at the finish line since August. Now the goal posts have stopped moving backwards. We are now moving forward again. We can’t wait to serve you some deliciousness!
