This past weekend I had the pleasure of cooking a wedding feast for one of the nicest couples Iāve ever met, to celebrate their big day. Congratulations!
Menu
- white bean and crispy prosciutto crostini with fresh figs and basil
- caramelized onion and smoked salmon tarts with parsley cream and capers
- Parmesan polenta toasts with wild mushrooms and Gorgonzola (not pictured)
- whipped ricotta salad with greens, roasted tomatoes, corn, pumpkin seeds, and shaved Parmesan
- crab cakes with old bay aioli
- beef tenderloin roast with three onion steak sauce
- black pepper and garlic asparagus
- roasted sweet potatoes with miso tahini butter
