The story behind the name: This company began by creating "Outside the Box" lunches delivered to local businesses and private clients. People knew me as "the lunch lady", but word spread about the quality of food, and my background in event catering and before long, requests for events were flooding in. We began accepting events, and the business quickly grew into the full scale events service wh
