Betsy Scott and Friends Brian Smith and Ivan Strunin.

Join Athens musicians Brian Smith (Guitar), Ivan Strunin (Fiddle), and Betsy Scott (Voice) as they take turns doing what they each do best.

It promises to be a sweet three-in-one evening!



BRIAN SMITH of the Georgia Guitar Quartet, Revien, and the Odd Trio, brings his eclectic guitar playing style into the world. IVAN STRUNIN cut his teeth playing in the honky-tonk country bars of Chicago in the 1980's. He has since played in Blues, Western Swing, Rock'n Roll, and Bluegrass bands in various locations around the world. He currently plays with the Humdingers, Maggie and the Mason Jars, and The Bones of St. Michael, a Gypsy Jazz group. HIs great love is the Gypsy Jazz. Visit his website: vanonthefiddle.com.

BETSY SCOTT is a WinterBird. Her instrument is the voice. You'll find her roots in Folk, Jazz, Traditional, Gaelic, Classical, Musical Theater, Rock N Roll, Blues and Americana. Hard to pin down but always surprising. One could say inspiring.
