Hey everyone! I have actually decided to take the holidays off from my classes! We should start again in January! I hope everyone has some amazing Holidays! Don’t forget, you can still order anything from my menu, even if im not doing classes!

Kiddos will learn to make muffins from scratch then choose what additives (toppings) they want!

Unfortunately, this Friday’s class is cancelled. We had some cancellations and I have a minimum number of students needed for the class.

Attention businesses! Carlsbad Co-op has joined Scripps National Spelling Bee Program. We are asking local businesses for prize donations for our winners. Even 1 or 2 things add up if multiple businesses donate. We are also seeking a main sponsor for our Spelling Bee which will take place in January. Reminder we are a 501c3 so your donations are tax write offs.

Hey Eddy County! Exciting News for Homeschoolers!
Starting in September, ill be hosting a monthly baking class!
It will be a different class each month! I plan to alternate two age groups. It will be the 2nd Friday of every month at 1 pm at MY house.
September is for ages 8 and up! They will be making their very own Italian Bread and making butter from SCRATCH!
