In the floral industry, they say typically Friday is the slowest day of the week for Valentine’s Day to fall on. It seems the people of Arvada didn’t get the memo 😂 We were slammed, and this is all that’s left! Thank you as always for your love and support, and we hope you all had a great Val/Gal/Pal-entine’s Day. We’re closed on Monday to give ourselves extra time to come back to life. See you Tuesday 💐

𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚…

A few weeks ago we had a customer come by for a custom bouquet, and as we were designing he lined up mini mushrooms on our railing. These were unnoticed until later that evening, as I’m sure you can understand because they are sooo small!

Since then, we have had a blast with these little guys! We now hide them around the shop and when one is found, we hide it in a different spot for the next person to find!

We just had to include you guys in on the fun. Don’t forget, tomorrow is our first mushroom scavenger hunt! You are looking out for the gold one in the photo. Two rounds with two winners, for $50 gift cards to use in the shop!

This year at Olde Town Flower Shoppe, we are hosting a scavenger hunt during small business Saturday — starring our little golden mushroom friend in the photo! Pictured with a rose for size reference. Here’s how this will work!

There will be two hunts: a morning one from 10-1, second hunt from 1-4! Whoever finds the golden mushroom in the shop during those hours will receive a $50 gift card to use in our shop!

We will also be offering refreshments while you browse. Keep your eyes peeled for a gift guide we will be posting next week! Hope to see you then, and can’t wait to see who are winners are going to be! 🤩
