2 x Tons of Texture out the door yesterday

This arrangement is fun because it isn’t rooted in color so much as texture. It has 7 different seed pods - false indigo, rudbeckia, sunflower, garlic chive, millet, crocosmia and penstamon combined with moonshine yarrow and ornamental grass. The tones are neutral with a pop of black for drama.

Happy Imbolc (or Bridget’s day)! This day marks halfway in between the winter solstice and the spring equinox.

We’ve officially made it through the coldest, darkest time of our yearly cycle! It’s more sun from here on out until fall.

Even though we are weeks away from the official start of spring, there are signs of life everywhere. Daffodils are popping, ranunculus is growing roots in the greenhouse, larkspur and nigella are sprouting, sedum is putting little red tendrils and cleavers are starting to show themselves (time for a lymph system clean!).

The earth is alive. Life goes on. Excited for a whole new season of growth ❤️

Fun deliveries going out this morning!

We loved putting together the Medusa hair arrangement for a very special order. Curly willow twigs make the perfect snake replacements.

We also have a center of attention arrangement which comes in colors of your choice and is designed as a center piece for any table.

And we make everlasting wreaths! We use natural frames of grape vine or willow and keep our style wild and whimsical (no symmetry here!).

We have beautiful, colorful and long-lasting dried flower arrangements available all year long. We grow, harvest, process and dry all the flowers, grasses, seedheads and twigs and then arrange in up-cycled vases for a truly unique design.
