• airline chicken with sun dried peppers and calabrian chili jam

• pastina in parm brodo with basil oil

• sausage with garlic oil peppers and creamy polenta

• amaro drizzled ice cream with a johnny cake-style muffin and mallomar

• torched lardo and salami

it was an amazing night and we can’t wait to work together again. thank you to everyone who came out, everyone who helped set this up, and especially to our friend for working so hard on this event with us.

from our dinner at the lovely on 1.19. mixed winter greens, roasted persimmon, golden berries, toasted sunflower seed, biscuit crouton, charred blood orange vinaigrette. wonderful to work with the amazing crew there and looking forward to returning ❤️
