VIBE CHECK: Halloween Masquerade - THE VENUE 👻

We're so excited to takeover the beautiful Azure inside this Saturday, October 26th! 🪩

GETTING TO THE VENUE: Azure is located inside of The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel at 1401 Ocean Ave, Asbury Park, NJ. You can enter the venue from inside or outside of the hotel. Inside - Go through the main entrance on Sunset Ave, turn right to head to the east wing of the hotel. You will see signs for Azure to the right. Outside - There is an entrance directly to Azure on the corner of Sunset Ave and Ocean Ave. (Please see the map attached to this post)

We can't wait to show you all this space, and make more memories on the dance floor! This is a 21+, free entry event. Costume encouraged, but not required. We'll have masquerade masks for pictures and to wear around for the night 🙂

We're so excited to have back at Vibe Check! This handblown glass artist, located in Philadelphia, creates an expansive catalog of products from wine glasses, to beer mugs, to functional pieces. Come check out his display this Saturday, October 26th at our Halloween Masquerade! 🎃👻🪩

This incredible artist is an insect taxidermist who brings beauty to the after life. Everything is interconnected, and this form of art brings that into reality. Make sure you stop by Matus Mortem at our upcoming Halloween Masquerade!

This is a free event for anyone 21+!

PLEASE NOTE: This is a costume encouraged event, and we will be supplying masks in order to judge our costume contest. Do not feel obligated to come in full masquerade, we have the props for you 🙂

We cannot wait to experience .80 taking us on a 90 minute drum & bass journey along the Asbury Park boardwalk this Saturday ✨🔊

Hailing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Prosper. was born to live a life full of music. Her time as a flow artist at prominent music events around the United States morphed seamlessly into a passion for mixing. She took inspiration from her travels in Europe where she met producers such as GLXY, Monty, & Submorphics, who helped kick start her career as a DJ. Her path was solidified into the cloudy underground warehouse music scene that is flourishing around the world . You can expect a DJ set from Prosper. to be as deep as her soul, flowing through anything from melodic liquid drum and bass to the deeper and darker rollers. Highlight performances include Submersion and The Untz as well as numerous headlines at the lounge at Denver’s Black Box and becoming a resident at NFBN night at Las Vegas coveted Discopussy, as well as carefully curated opening slots for LTJ Bukem and Break. Prosper. is gearing up to make her debut artistic release a perfect union of her artistic influences and personal style.

VIBE CHECK: THE BOARDWALK BAZAAR - ARTIST SPOTLIGHT #1 🔊

We're so excited to welcome our good friend from the .wavfest & team, , to the Vibe Check stage for his first time bringing those UKG and Jungle vibes! 🪩🫶

Mystery is a man with tons of musical background. From playing a numerous amount of instruments to producing rap and electronic music, he has dove deep into the many realms of different genres being fluid in a wide scale of sounds. Growing up outside of Philadelphia, hip-hop, rap, and rhythm based art caught his eye. His music career first started playing drums and keyboard in a band with his highschool friends. From 2019 to 2021 he was DJing almost every weekend and in 2021 he moved to Richmond Virginia where he began producing and DJing full time on tour up and down the eastcoast with his friends opening for acts at festivals and underground clubs. In 2022 He took a two year hiatus to focus on mental health. Just recently he has joined forces with Celestial Industries, Sound.Wav, and his collaborative partner MegaGuac jumping back into electronic music producing UKG, Acid House, Jungle, and experimental bass music. He recently played Sound.Wav fest debuting the MysteryGuac project. He loves music and his friends and hopes to continue this beautiful journey creating and forming life long bonds.
