I just love it that our local grocery store in Myrtle Beach has a fresh herb bar! Of course they have fresh sausage bar, seafood, bakery, smoothie making events, and a beer garden in the back!

Here is the easiest way to pit an olive.... Don't treat it like an avocado... the seed will stick to the inside of the olive and it will take forever, instead treat it like a garlic clove.

One of my favorite and healthy snacks…
1 # Shrimp peeled tail off deveined
4 Roma tomatoes seeded and chopped
Clove garlic chopped
1 jalapeño seeded and chopped
1 English cucumber seeded and chopped
Chopped purple onion to taste
3 limes
2 lemons
1 ripe avocado chopped
S&P to taste
Optional - dash of old bay
