Welcome to Poppy Balloons Co. page! I am so excited you’re here! A little about PBC…we are a small business run by me, Kirsten. I started balloon decor with my cousin for family events and it slowly grew into a fun, creative side hobby with a lot of demand… so here we are! I service Ashburn, VA and surrounding areas. I do a range of balloon decor for all types of events… graduations, baby showers, birthdays, you name it!
