No cheese today! We had a busy Thanksgiving, and I am so thankful for the clients who shared their festivities with our boards. Today, we are enjoying my hubby's Spanish tortilla, sangria, and Natalia's banana bread, all while watching my favorite Christmas movie: Love Actually! Life is good!

Harbison: Harbison is a soft-ripened cheese with a rustic, bloomy rind. Young cheeses are wrapped in strips of spruce cambium, the tree's inner bark layer. Pudding-like, gently funky, and woodsy, this cheese from Vermont's Jasper Hill Farm goes with everything.

If you like to contact me, I prefer email or text message over calls, last year I was receiving an average of 40 spam calls a day so I may not be answering calls at all this year.
