✨️ Team Member Tuesday! ✨️ We're thrilled to introduce you to Barbara, a cherished member of our Chick-fil-A Ryan Park team in Ashburn! Did you know? Ryan Park opened 5 years ago, and Barbara has been a part of our team from day one! She actually started with us at another location and joined the Ryan Park family right as we opened, showing her dedication and commitment. We love that it's a true family business experience, as Barbara has shared special moments working alongside her two daughters right here at our store, showcasing that special family business connection.
Barbara's dedication shines whether she's handling catering orders or serving guests at the front counter. She loves connecting with and serving our Ashburn community, where she's been a resident nearby for 22 years. Her philosophy? "Guests come to Chick-fil-A for a meal consistently served hot, fresh, accurately, quickly, and in a friendly, clean environment." We couldn't agree more!
But that's not all! Barbara also hosts our popular Senior Bingo event on the last Tuesday of every month, bringing joy and community spirit to our store.
Outside of work, Barbara's passions include traveling (she adores Australia and Holland!), and spending quality time with her daughters, cheering them on at their sporting events.
Her favorite Chick-fil-A meal is our grilled nuggets with a side of kale crunch, and she's currently enjoying our seasonal cilantro lime ranch sauce! 🍋‍🟩

✨ Team Member Tuesday!✨ Meet Katarzyna, a shining star at Chick-fil-A Ryan Park! For nearly 2 years, she's been bringing smiles and exceptional service to our front of house team. 😊
Katarzyna decided to join our team after hearing how much her daughter enjoyed working here, demonstrating the family spirit we value. She loves the flexible schedule and connecting with our amazing guests and coworkers. "It's a flexible schedule. I am a social person and love to interact with coworkers and guests. The job truly makes me feel like I’m contributing to something big," she says.
Outside of work, Katarzyna loves to travel, particularly to France and Italy, explore Virginia's historical sites, pursue interior design projects, and enjoy cooking and trying new foods.
Her Chick-fil-A favorites? The seasonal Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken Sandwich (brioche bun love!), and a Cobb Salad with chilled grilled chicken (no bacon) + avocado ranch. 🥗 And don't forget her go-to sauces: sweet & spicy sriracha and honey roasted BBQ! 🔥..Her personal philosophy? Meet Ms. Lee, a valued member of our Chick-fil-A Ryan Park team! For nearly 4 years, Ms. Lee's hard work and dedication in prep have been essential to our kitchen's success. You can often hear Ms. Lee's cheerful humming in the kitchen, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. When asked what she loves about working at Chick-fil-A Ryan Park, she said, "I love working in the kitchen. It's comfortable and easy-going, and I enjoy the people I work with. Being organized and taking care of the prep is fun for me!"
Outside of work, Ms. Lee enjoys exercising, going to church, and spending time with her son and grandson. Her favorite Chick-fil-A Ryan Park meal? A Grilled Club (no lettuce or tomato) with Colby Jack cheese, crispy bacon, and avocado lime ranch dressing. She also loves our seasonal cilantro lime ranch!

We’re so lucky to have Sebastian as a valued team member here at Chick-Fil-A Ryan Park! 🏆 He’s been with us for 1.5 years and has become an essential part of our team. When asked why he loves working here, he said, “I love the environment, my coworkers are nice, and I feel that I can be myself.”
Outside of work, Sebastian stays active by playing soccer ⚽️, gaming 🎮, reading 📖, and spending quality time with his grandma.

Say hello to Chris, a dedicated team member who's been with us at Chick-fil-A Ryan Park for 2.5 years! When asked why he loves working here, Chris says, “My coworkers are all great. The environment and the job itself is easy going.” 🙌
Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing golf in his backyard during all seasons ⛳️ and his favorite menu item is the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with Chick-fil-A Sauce 🐔.
Chris joined our team after being encouraged by his brother, who also works here, and recently, his sister started working with us as well! It’s a family affair here at Chick-fil-A, and we’re proud to be a company that values family and community. Chris is focused on saving for his future and hopes to become a fireman someday 🚒.

Meet Mo, a valued member of our leadership team at Chick-fil-A Ryan Park for over 4 years! Mo’s passion for our team and guests shines through in everything he does. He intentionally greets everyone working on shift with him and makes sure to say goodbye to every single person with a fist bump when he leaves. His care and commitment to our team are felt by everyone! 🤝🏼
When asked why he loves working with us, Mo shared, “The people—coworkers and guests. Everyone is very nice, and the camaraderie is very welcoming. It’s always a fun and uplifting community. The amount of opportunities for growth is huge.”
Mo is always ready to tackle any task that comes his way, and outside of work, he loves hitting the gym and watching sports. 🏋️‍♂️

Michael has been a part of our Chick-fil-A Ryan Park family for almost 3 years! 🏆 When asked why he loves working here, he said, "I like the flexibility, atmosphere, and all my teammates. They are all great." 🙌

As a valuable member of our back-of-house team, Michael brings his A-game every day. Outside of work, he enjoys relaxing with his family, watching sports, playing video games, and taking on home projects—big and small! 🛠️ He also cares for exotic fish, especially African Cichlids! 🐟

Jose has been an essential part of our Chick-fil-A Ryan Park team for over 2 years! When asked what he loves most about working at Chick-fil-A, he shared, “the environment and the long-lasting friendships I’ve made.” He works as a team member in our back-of-house team and always brings his best to the job.
Outside of work, Jose enjoys relaxing at home, watching movies, and going on local adventures with his family.
His favorite Chick-fil-A menu item is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich paired with waffle fries. He loves to enhance his meal with Chick-fil-A sauce, buffalo sauce, and avocado lime dressing!
Jose shared that he chose to work here because, “I have family members who work here, and hearing their work stories really drew me in. I wanted to be a part of something special.”
