The Hourglass is an event venue located in the historic downtown of Ashdown.

As many of you know, I have put my heart and soul into downtown Ashdown. I LOVE our little town and will always want to see the absolute best for it. With that I knew that the event center needed someone who had more time and energy than I to push it to its greatest potential. This was a very emotional decision for me as this building was where my revitalization for downtown begin. Yesterday we signed papers and as of October 1st it will be in the Hands of a new owner. All rentals going forward have been notified and the Name will be changing November 1st. We are super excited to see how Kendall McAlister/The Rustic Rooke can take this awesome place and make it so much more for our town ❤️ Don’t forget to go like their page!!

Tonight’s paint class was a HUGE success!!! The kids had a fabulous time and done and outstanding job!! I am looking forward to future classes with some super exciting ones coming this summer!! 💕☘️

Sometimes when I get a little discouraged in the progress of my goals in life, I like to look through pictures. This before and after was all I needed to remind me that even though I have not completed everything I would like in this aspect of my life that like everything else, the progress is extremely noticeable!!

Remember, the difference between a dream and a goal is a plan!!
