September 28, 2024 was the original date for this special couple to tie the knot, but Helene had different plans. That didn’t stop this couple from still making it happen 5 months later. Such JOY was in this beautiful venue, where friends and family gathered to celebrate their ❤️ love! Working beside amazing vendors, the day was perfection! Congratulations Gabby & Ryan🍾

And just like that, Courtney finished her time in Asheville and is back in Chapel Hill. We loved having her and my grand-cat for the last 14 months, and am excited to know they will be back over the next several months for more clinical rotations , etc. We helped move her into her new place and even got to go to a game.

My Story

My name is Grace Quick. I was a classroom teacher for over 30 years, currently I am an assistant. Since I left the classroom in 2018, I’ve stepped into a new career, being a Day of Event Coordinator. I have always loved celebrations, especially the many weddings that I have been a part of. I’ve taken those experiences and have built a business where I can make the most important day of your life everything you have ever dreamed of.

The same qualities that helped me run an effective classroom are vital to being an invaluable Day of Coordinator: being organized, detailed- oriented, passionate, creative and a good communicator. Though I market myself as a day-of coordinator, part of this role involves me meeting with you, your vendors, and venue along the way to ensure that I am well versed in your event needs. My affordable fees reflect my belief that everyone should have a wonderful, well-planned event/wedding day.
