I ponder upon a new Thai restaurant in the hearts of Sanford, NC! Kevin, owners of @saladangthaikitchen, and his family are extremely kind. They lived in Thailand for many years and spoke fluent Thai. It felt so nice hearing them speaking Thai in the kitchen. Their food was very refreshing. I especially enjoyed the beef lettuce wrap and coconut soup. They've been open not even a week yet, and they have a line waiting to be seated. Go check them out of your in the area. My dad celebrated his 63rd birthday and his early retirement this October. My parents were the first and only generations who were able to fled during the war to the Untied state. It's so beautiful on the farm today. I made my walk around the farm and picked up these two beautiful herliom pumpkin! Opening late October-November!
