The action doesn't stop here at MPAC 360! Start your New Years right with some wrestling techniques passed down from former Tar Heel .

This two day clinic will focus on improving in key areas such as:
- Hand Fighting. Learn how to get to your control ties.
- Baseline Defense. Stuff your opponents best takedown and learn how to score from it.
- Scoring From Bottom. Effective Drills to get you back to your feet FAST.
- Backpoints from Top. Extending your lead with bonus points.
