This is the jerk that vandalized Banks Ave. last week.
After being asked to leave because he was using derogatory slurs in the bar, he returned and poured black oil based paint on the front door.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to identify this person.
We filed a police report, but without ID we can't move forward.
If anyone recognizes this person, please reach out.
