2. Time share business rental for people who don't need a 24/7 space (fitness instructors, direct selling business', instructors (fitness, art, crafts, etc.), photographers who need studio space, or anyone who needs a reg

ular meeting space. Our time share members have exclusive use of the mill building during their allotted hours! We currently have 3 time share members!
3. We are open to the idea of entrepreneur! Would you like to open a coffee shop? Restaurant? Art Studio? Or, other family and neighborhood friendly business! Bring us your ideas and we'll talk! We currently have an additional 3000 square feet that is currently not in use! Call for more information or for a tour!

Not too late to register for our Fall Session! Our second Open House is this Wednesday (September 4) from 4-7pm. Come check out the space, ask questions, or paw through our complimentary "Take it or Leave it Corner" for used dancewear and shoes. We are also selling new tights and Synergy Swag.

Our first Open House is this coming Sunday (8/25)! Register before that date and you will receive $10 off our $20 annual registration fee!
If anyone has any outgrown dancewear, we are also accepting dance shoe and dance clothing donations for our complimentary 'Take it or Leave it Corner'. Ms Sam will be in the office Wednesday and Thursday this week from 4-6 if you have something you'd like to drop something off or take a look yourself before the dance year kicks off on September 9th!
