Meet Valerie, our Team Member of the Week! She’s a Dining Services Ambassador and has been with RMC for three months. Valerie always puts a smile on people’s faces, and her friends love to say she has a gift for making people laugh. Her favorite food is pepperoni pizza with extra sauce!

One of the new rotating stations, “Slow Smok” is inspired by southern barbecue and features new ways to experience your favorite flavors, proteins, and foods.
